If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

Returns:

• You have 21 days from receipt of your purchase to request a return.

• Upon receiving your return, I will inspect the condition and process the refund if no issues are present.

• For a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the condition they arrived in.

• Contact me at Hello@DanBowhay.co.uk to arrange a return and/or refund.

Refunds:

• Once I receive your item(s), I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your debit/credit card (or original method of payment).

• You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

• The shipping costs you paid when you ordered the items are non-­refundable.
