Policies

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for purchasing a piece of my work. In the event that you wish to return your purchase, my policy is as follows:

Returns:

  • You have 21 calendar days from receipt of your purchase to request a return.

  • Upon receiving your return, I will inspect the condition and process the refund if no issues are present.

  • For a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the condition they arrived in.

  • Contact me at Hello@DanBowhay.co.uk to arrange a return and/or refund.

Refunds:

  • Once I receive your item(s), I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. After inspecting the item I will update ou on the status, and if your return has been approved, I will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

  • The shipping costs you paid when you ordered the items are non-­refundable.
